Erase Windows Address Bar History
April 29, 2009 by admin
How do I erase the web addresses that show up in the address bar of Internet Explorer?
For instance, if I start to type in an address with a “V” then a dropdown window appears with past addresses with a “V”. I want to erase these to get rid of “evidence” from visiting these sites.
I have already deleted “history” and “cookies” in the Tools>Internet Options palette.
Help!
In WinXP right click on the the task bar, click properties, start menu, customize, under properties click clear list.
another good way is to use a spybot or adaware.
